Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
We recommend that you place texts and graphics with some distance to the outer seams. Texts or logos are clearly visible if you place them on the left or right side.
We advise against placing individual graphics, logos or texts above the middle of the mask. Here is a seam that could distort the graphics.
It depends on the file you upload. In the configurator you can use almost all image files (even low-resolution images). For the later print job we only accept vectorized PDF files.
Currently the configurator is only available for white fabric masks. We will soon offer an adapted version for colored or black fabric masks.
