Designs uploaded by you may not violate existing rights of third parties or legal regulations. This includes copyright, personal rights and trademark rights, but also radical, defamatory or constitutionally questionable motifs, logos or texts.
To use a design (photograph, logo, text, etc.) for the dsgnmask competition, you must own the rights to that design, if such rights exist. Before using a design, please ask about its legal status or ask the rights holder for a limited right of use.

Copyright, trademarks and parodies
You may not use any known, copyrighted logos. You may not use them without permission of the trademark owner. This includes for example
- Coca Cola
- Mc Donalds
- Super Mario
Constitutional and federal symbols
Motifs that violate the constitution or even fundamental rights may not be used. This includes, for example:
- Nazi Symbolism
- German Bundesadler
- CIA Logo
Personal rights and defamation
Images of celebrities may not be used in mask design, at least not without their consent. Please refrain from using such motifs.
